The Infamous

The Infamous is the second studio album released by the American hip hop duo Mobb Deep.² The project showcases the duo's distinct stylistic approach to hip hop and features a heavy emphasis on atmospheric production handled primarily by group member Havoc.²

Loud Records issued the album on April 25, 1995, incorporating guest appearances from artists such as Nas, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, and Q-Tip, who also assisted with production and mixing.² Many tracks excluded from the original release were eventually repurposed as bonus material for the duo's 2014 album, The Infamous Mobb Deep.²
